Some of the best Mexican food my husband and I have had. Highly recommend their Al pastor meat, seasoned so well!

Great little hidden mom and pop teriyaki place tucked off the corner of Martha Lake I wouldn't have found without making a wrong turn. I am very happy I did stumble upon this house turned teriyaki restaurant, they have reasonable prices, super tasty beef & pork teriyaki and damn good bubble tea.

I frequent this place for multiple reasons. The wait time in the evenings is very short, 10 minutes most times. Prices are great, and the portions are hefty. The spicy chicken has a TON of actual chili flavor and isn't just packed full of lava like some places do. The prices for sides are very enticing as well, and they are all worth it. I've more or less had the entire menu and easily give 5 stars to this hidden gem.

Small, hole-in-the-wall place. Great food. Creative, tasty, friendly. Great prices too. Menu has lots to choose from. Hard to ask for more than what they give. Can be busy, but they do their best to crank out the good stuff.

I was craving a spicy pambazo really bad tonight and I found this place on Google. I zoomed there as fast as possible but was still cutting it close to closing time. The man working was so nice and let me order and he made the best pombazo ever!! It was so good! This restaurant is very cute and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

Recently moved due to a job offer in Texas and I wish I could transport this situation to my new location. The size of the townhome for the money, the location and the management were excellent! They really took good care of the property, maintaining appearance and order. I will miss it there!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have lived here for almost a year and it's been a wonderful experience! I credit this to Monica, our property manager, the maintenance crew and the beautiful home I live in.From the minute I contacted Monica about a townhome on this property, she has been nothing but AMAZING!!! She is one of the few property managers I've lived under that responds immediately to communication, is kind, thoughtful, honest, holds tenants accountable to rules (thank goodness as I've lived in places where anything goes) and is one of the sweetest people I know. She loves this property and truly cares about the tenants that live here and this shows in her thoughts and actions.I honestly love how Monica manages this property and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here! It's a fantastic place to call home and you won't be disappointed in what Marth Lake Townhomes has to offer!!
